Pseudo-Productivity
I’ve realized that whenever I’m under stress, I’ll become quite productive. I’ll make and organize my schedule; I’ll clean, and complete chores; I’ll follow up on people about issues. These alleviate my brain’s prodding me to act. What I won’t immediately do is actually attempt to solve the problems stressing me.
